1.General Description of Transformer Corrugated Fin:
Changzhou JTFY over 10years experience in manufacturing of corrugated cooling fin wall and radiators for Power transformer tanks. And our corrugated cooling fin walls are popular in market.
From 2017, We start produce Full Auto Corrugated Fins Wall manufacturing line by ourselves. Now, our Machine can produce Corrugated Fin Wall Widths 1300mm & 1600mm. Complete production line involve: Auto Steel roll feeding- Hydraulic Decoiler, Auto Corrugated Cooling Fins Wall Pressing,Folding & Forming, Auto Fins Seam Welding Machines. And Leakage testing machine for welded corrugated fins wall.
One embossing or Double embossing Corrugation walls with spot welding are provided for greater stability and effective heat dissipation. Corrugated fins for all four sides of the transformer can be formed in one piece to avoid weld joints. Leakage test is done for every fin wall for identifying leakage, ensure fins are 100% leak proof before delivery.
