The machine power adopts three-phase four-wire system, and the core use speed reducer to adjust & position the center, hydraulically driven to continuously form a group of corrugated fins.
The machine is divided into hydraulic transmission part, touch screen operation part, electrical main control unit part, automatic adjustment of cor plate part, automatic feeding part, machine frame part, forming,cutting part, bending part etc.
Manual adjustment part(front, back loose-tight structure):adjust the width of the corrugated sheet so that the corrugated sheet is not easily biased during work.

Adopts servo motor to drive the polyurethane rubber roller through the reducer to ensure the spacing between the corrugated fins. The up and down move of rubber roller is driven by hydraulic cylinder. The automatic cutting of the corrugated fins can be controlled, and the distance between the two ends of the corrugated fin is automatically controlled after input at the touch screen.

Locking molding platen,clamping molding platen have assembly holes, which used to set forming plate easily in production.
Core platen adopts hydraulic motor position structure. Use grating ruler shows parameters, auto clamping mold platens, position center, to keep the core platen in the center of locking molding platen & clamping molding platen, drive the core platen move up & down, and to guarantee the precision of corrugated fins.

Casting iron parts have much higher resistance to internal stress than welding parts, which makes the strength and stiffness of machine tool very high, plastic deformation small, and not easy to produce deformation, so that the whole machine runs more durable and stable, thus ensuring that the corrugated fins produced does not deform and has high precision.
